Digital Video Product Spotlight: The Sony EX1 Guidebook

The new Sony PMW-EX1 owner, I was jazzed to get my copy of Call Box Live Guide EX1, in-depth look at the first mass-market Sony CineAlta ™ HD camera. For independent film making, this camera is causing a little stir. One reason may be that the CineAlta ™ is the same technology found in Sony movie camera line, including 250K F35. With multiple frame rate, full 1920 x 1080 24p acquisition mode and HD-SDI output, Sony apparently was looking at putting a dent in the dominance of the Panasonic part of the market, and the camera is really loaded with features beyond comparison in the price range. noise remains at NAB 2008, when Sony announced a new sister to EX1 EX3, which sports some additional innovations, and has interchangeable lenses.

Guide was created and is host Noah Kadner, one of the original admins via the 2-pop.com. Noah is the guy who was sharing his knowledge of digital tools since the earliest days of the revolution and the FCP, if you ever read any of his articles, you know he knows his stuff. In this 3-plus hour instructional DVD he gives a detailed, feature feature explanations of each menu item, button, nook and cranny of this pioneer a new camera and how to integrate the material you shoot with it in Final Cut Pro tapeless workflow. DVD, packed with 36 chapters of information, is divided into four main sections: Overview, camera operations, camera operations and advanced post-production

....

the final part of the DVD covers post-production, particularly relating to the editing in Apple Final Cut Pro. Do not be confused, the camera integrates with pretty much every major NLE on both Mac and PC, including Avid, Adobe Premier Pro and Sony Vegas (of course). However, because FCP admirer, Kadner gives us some clear insights into working with this software. Topics covered include introduction of tapeless recording the flow of EX1 and cutting in Final Cut Pro, and the SxS card management. He takes us through some basics of equipment to set up Final Cut editing workstations, data archiving solutions, ingestion, (no more digitizing!) and using FCP is a simple setup for XDCAM EX. It also provides information about FCP is an open format Deadline for mixing different camera resolutions in a row, export opportunities and information about the output on the DVD, the Internet, the Final Cut Studio color correction software, color, and even preparing for output to 35mm film recorder. If I have any criticism of the program to the last section of the post. Not because the information is not useful, it is, but the subject is so profound that it could fill several DVDs. In fact, the call box is a whole DVD dedicated to special color.

Call Box Guide EX1 is informative and enjoyable instructional DVD on this powerful new Sony HD cameras and Noah Kadner experience and easy going in a way that is fun to watch. Being a visual learner myself, I was able to understand some complex cases much faster than slogging through the typically dry the user's manual. The DVD is well organized, easily navigable, and provides in-depth instructions that will allow shooters desire to be creative and productive. If you're going to be working with the EX1, it would be to your advantage to check it out.

World of Warcraft Power Leveling Guides - Team IDemise, Brian Kopp's, Joana's, Reviewed

How the value of your time?

A World of Warcraft players for more than three years. I've come to realize that the game is so great that it is almost impossible to get all the information inside your head at one time, especially if you're leveling a new character 10-70, and have not played in a while, or are new. Right now, with the coming release of Wrath of the Lich King expansion and popularity of the new tournament system, a lot of new players (and veterans) are returning to World of Warcraft for the second time in Azeroth.

I took a break from the game after a couple of years. I had leveled two characters to 60 (this was right before Burning Crusade), but I decided I wanted to start over with new Blood Elf when I returned.

I guess what I found? Despite all my experience with the game. I found myself almost clueless. None of my old patterns of compounds are really effective, the blade was not good and my back more gold making techniques are outdated.

I was a Newbie all over again!

I ended up biting the bullet and went in search of a good guide, because I knew my time was worth (I work full time) and I wanted to level and make gold as fast as possible. Read on to find out what I learned and how you can save money and get the right manual for your gaming experience.

1 Team iDemise 1-70 Horde Leveling Guide and the Alliance. Team iDemise, known for his pro Counter-Strike team has taken it upon himself to be in World of Warcraft PVP scene. Of course, this means several things. One, all the MMORPG regulars who fancy themselves good at PVP better watch out. There are two sure as hell not going to waste much time on the PVE aspect of the game. And three, they're throwing a lot of experience playing in WoW. Of course, all that is good for you, the typical WoW player. few months after getting into World of Warcraft Power Leveling, several of his personal super nerds developed a mod that allows you to follow the course set up by leveling up to seventy. If you want to clean, dry efficiency is, this is for you.

Some things to keep in mind about this guide:

- this is the quickest guide is available for both Horde and Alliance. Team iDemise currently holds the record for leveling.
- This is the most technologically advanced guide available. Everything is included within the game in one set of mods.
- "big" feature is the arrow mode, which basically points you in the right direction at all times and sit anywhere on the screen

.

- this is the hardest of the 4-to-use and install (but it's really not that hard if you know little about how the UI works in the game)
- If you're new to the game and want to be all in your own pace so I can not recommend this guide, as you'll find just mindlessly following the arrow, and not really paying attention to something. If you are a veteran and have already done all the quests, or you do not care about the story and just want to level. Then look no further.

2 Brian Kopp's 1-70 Alliance Leveling Guide. Brian Kopp's Guide is the most tried and tested World of Warcraft Power Leveling Guide available. It's been around for ages and was the first guide I've ever tried to use. This guide contains iDemise map mod as well, although it is not as advanced or as a useful and you'll still have to alt tab or print some of the instruction or research more information. Of course this is only the alliance. so keep that in mind.

- map mod full pursuit of goals and itinerary's.
- super reliable. This guide has been out for years and has been bug tested to the hilt.
- still the most comprehensive guide available to the alliance, and probably the most flexible. This guide does not leave some options open, unlike the iDemise guide.

3 Joana's 1-70 Horde Leveling Guide. Joana's guide is Brian Kopp's less advanced Horde Guide nurse (there is no connection between the two). Although I'm not really sure what the guide first came out, I can remember both existing for a very long time. I have Joana's guide to the level two Horde characters, a hunter and a 70 rogue to 55 and it worked great. I had one negative in the use of this guide is that it is very biased Hunter. Joan Hunter passed through the guide and it makes very little difference Hunters are the biggest destroyers of the quest in the game. They can take on pretty much anything at any time and it is a huge advantage. However, the guide still worked for me as a rogue, so it's not exclusive Hunter. The primary advantage of this guide is the fact that Joan is the time to see each step. This makes it incredibly Guide Newbie friendly. You do not know how to do something? Just watch the video. Simple.

- like Brian Kopp's Guide, this is a tried, tested and guaranteed.
- Most low-tech guide available, and most Newbie friendly. There is nothing to install.
- requires you to alt tab or print the guide.
- requires you to alt tab or print the guide ....
- requires you to alt tab or print the guide .......
- If you are rolling Horde Hunter, there is no better guide, the period

.

I consider the best available for all Power Leveling Secrets out there. Newbie or veteran, and the guides will get you to the top quickly. You might even have a little fun on the road.

How the Sense of Hearing Works

the human ear is much more than the odd-shaped pendant that we hang our glasses and earrings on. It is a complex system that changes sound waves into mechanical energy and then into fluid energy, and finally into electrical energy.

the human ear is divided into three parts, which are known as the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear. outer ear consists of the ear, the visible part, and the ear canal. The division of the outer and middle ear is the tympanum, or tympanic membrane or eardrum. This is a delicate, hard-stretched, pearly-gray membrane that vibrates when sound waves are delivered through the ear canal.

of the middle ear is the second part of the ear. It is a cavity that houses a chain of three tiny bones. These bones are called the hammer or a hammer, anvil, or "anvil" and the stapes or stirrup. "These bones are named for objects they resemble. foot hammer rests on the eardrum, and picks up sound vibrations from the eardrum movement. hammer is connected to the anvil, which in turn is connected to the stapes. stapes foot rests on a structure called the oval window. stapes delivers sound to the window and moving out like a piston.

The third part of the human ear is the inner ear. It's part designed for deaf and components designed for the balance. cochlea, which is a section dedicated to the discussion, a structure that looks something like a snail shell. oval window is located above the wall of the cochlea. cochlea is a fluid-filled and contains a membrane that is attached to the hair like nerve endings in the "hearing" of the nerve, or eighth cranial nerve.

But how all this works? As we hear, really?

earlobe and ear canal funnel sound waves to the eardrum. eardrum vibrates in response to sounds, setting in motion the bones of the middle ear. As a third foot bone moves in and out of the oval window, the vibrations create waves in the cochlea fluid - something like a falling stone in the pond and beyond. membrane inside the cochlea moves in response to vibrations and stimulating hair like nerve endings. nerve endings send impulses to the brain for interpretation.

As you can see, the chain system to deliver sound information to the brain becomes more complex as it moves inward toward the brain.

There are many conditions that can reduce the hearing. Some of these conditions to prevent or disrupt the sound waves from reaching the cochlea, causing what is called conductive hearing loss. Conditions that prevent or hinder the transmission of sound in the inner ear and the outside cause what is called a neural or sensorineural hearing loss.

In future articles, learn how to hearing aids and cochlear implants work and what the results might not be possible with these devices.

If you or someone you know has hearing loss, there are many resources available. For ancillary equipment, technology devices, a deaf products, click on the link in my resource box.
