.Here is a man who did it, it shows why and how you can do it .... and additions to his book with the web site also stocked with more information about this new way of looking at someone's life. One of the first things I did after reading his book was to be deleted 80% of the daily newsletters and receive online information sources. I cut the hours of interesting, but probably useless reading, put less stress on my eyes, and some extra free time for other important things. You could too.
